60million people are displaced in the world now- the highest number since WWII. The Humanitarian response is said to be life-saving and sometimes even heroic.. but inadequate, too. It is estimated that 135 billion US dollars is paid by major donoros to stable states with low or middle incomes. Unfortunately, it is said that the trade bareers and migration scale has bigger influence/ impact on poverty. The aid is sent to stable states… but the fact is that more than half of the world’s extreme poor people live now in the ‘fragile’ states to which money is not sent due to the corruption and political crime.

60 milionów ludzi na świecie nie mieszka obecnie w swoich domach. To najwyższa liczba od czasów drugiej wojny światowej. Uważa się, że humanitarna reakcja ratuje życie, a nawet jest heroiczna… jednak także, nieadekwatna. Szacuje się, że najwięksi ofiarodawcy przekazują 135 miliardów dolarów stabilnym państwom o niskich i średnich dochodach. Powszechnie uważa się, że są to kategorie państw, w których mieszkają najbiedniejsi. Niestety, obecnie uważa się, że bariery handlowe i migracja mają bardziej doniosły wpływ na biedę. Pomoc wysyłana jest do państw stabilnych… a faktem jest, że ponad połowa najbiedniejszych żyje w niestabilnych państwach, do których pieniądze nie są przekazywane ze względu na korupcję i polityczną przestępczość.

Powyższe wyrażenia można zasze zastosować w zdaniach, na dwa sposoby:
