During  the process of the change and consolidation, the key clients are eager to find out who will be the head of the department in charge of providing service to them after the transformation has been completed. The duty of the organization is to conduct the process smoothly and without unnecessary delays.

Informing the clients about the change in progress is indispensable to establish or uphold mutual trust in course of the process.  Whenever relevant information is no longer classified, the clients should be informed immediately.

The clients want to discuss the strategy, in case of the banks they want to know what the strategy of the new entity will be. This should be understood, because from the client’s point of view transparent information is vital for the cooperation and company plans. They expect from the banks  to keep the financing for a long time. If the rating models and other formulas are not ready, the clients should be openly informed and given some time reference when the work on the new systems will be brought to the end.
