Jedna z konstrukcji, która sprawia polskim uczniom na zaawansowanym poziomie…najwięcej trudności. I jest to z lingwistycznego punktu widzenia jak najbardziej uzasadnione, bo takiej konstrukcji gramatycznej nie ma w języku polskim. Przed testem, spójrzcie koniecznie na teorię. Za inspirację do napisania testu dziękuję chłopakom z Vestas Poland, z którymi ostatnio ćwiczyliśmy to zagadnienie podczas zajęć:).

High Time…(Teoria + Test) Poziom B.

Konstrukcja “high time” powinna byc łatwa dla Polaków, a jednak uczniowie popełniają sporo błędów. Łatwa, bo to jeden z nielicznych przypadków, gdy gramatyka angielska zachowuje się tak samo jak polska. My także, mówić “najwyższy czas” stosujemy czas przeszły odnosząc się do teraźniejszości lub przyszłości.  “Najwyższy czas abyś zaczął szukać  sobie nową pracę”= “Its’ high time you started looking for another  job”.
