Managers have to be aware of the strong and weak sides of their contributors – Menadżerowie muszą być świadomi mocnych i słabych stron członków swojego zespołu.
Advanced:
- resourceful – kreatywny/ pomysłowy
Resourcefulness is one of the most desired character traits among the employees – Pomysłowość i kreatywność są jednymi z najbardziej porządanych cech charakteru wśród pracowników.

Coaches work with both organisations and individuals, so days can vary greatly: going into a company and working with an executive for a couple of hours, helping them work through particular challenges or coach private clients face to face via Skype, going into organisations and teaching their leaders how to bring coaching into their leadership style. Research shows that either a coaching or a visionary style of leadership are the most effective over the longer term. A coaching style of leadership isn’t the only style, but for staff engagement and motivation it’s one of the most effective.

One of the foundations of coaching is that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. We’re not trying to change people – but to help them become aware of their strengths and the mindsets that sabotage them. We focus on the whole person rather than fragmenting people into “this is you at work, this is you at home” etc.
Coaches have to do professional training and get certified. Previously it was not so openly required but now any organisation that employs a coach wants them to be certified.
