Following the information published by Forbes and the Financial Times, I drafted this lesson to present the best countries to invest cash in:). Some of them are probably connected with the best places to settle down and live:).  Well, here we go. The list includes Malaysia, although it still does not at according to the expectations… considering the implemented  reforms, climate, demography, tolerance…that’s a  real growing market.

Also the positive image of welcoming people and great landscapes. Everybody who reads political news will be surprised but both Morocco and Turkey are strong here. Well, high profit needs some risk.

The Czech Republic: we might envy … the world popular  brands in construction technology, automotive industry, military and excellent standards of technical university, contrary to Poland they invested European donations in science research and university laboratories.

Frictions are inevitable: generation gap,  differences in working styles, goals, determination, expertise which results from other  perspectives and experience.  At least 25% of specialists report to the managers who are significantly   younger than them.

Young people: no competence, arogance, crazy about technology, low social skills. Older members: out-of-date views and business perception. Here are some suggestions on how to deal with the situation…:

1. Nobody wants to the boss who seems to adopt the position of know-it-all. Older team members may be especially sensitive to  this. Regardless of  the young leader achievements and excellent level of education at the respectable universities.  Still… it has to be balanced with the approach.

2. ‘You are in charge, regardless of your age. Employees who are older than you are not your parents’.  Don’t worry  to tell them what they should do..in fact, must do.
